Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• 12 months of Trauma Level 3 facility is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with a broad case mix including general X-ray, trauma, and OR. - 1 year of experience accepted if the candidate has experience in a large Level 3+ facility and experience with general X-ray, trauma, and OR. - First-time travelers accepted with experience in a large Level 3+ facility and broad experience.
Special Requests: - Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will not be considered. - You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility. - Manager cannot accommodate variance in shift requests unless the requested shift is already posted.
Unit Details: - Performs general X-rays, portables, OR cases, fluoro, and swallow studies. - X-ray transports its own patients. - Uses Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, MedRad injector, Change Healthcare PACS, Siemens X-ray and fluoro equipment, and Portable Shimadzu.
Shift & Scheduling: - Fixed Friday-Sunday schedule. - On-call 2-3 shifts per month with a 30-minute response time. - Every other holiday. - Same repeating schedule with minor alterations.
Floating Requirements: - Typically will not float elsewhere; may cover X-ray portables, and day/evening shifts could go to the OR.
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
