Summary

UNIT SUMMARY: ICU-29 bed unit, daily interdisciplinary rounds with unit medical, neuro and surgical intensivists; patient ratio of 1:2, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.  
 
JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
  • Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Registered to practice in Maryland 
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
