Levindale Hospital, a 330-bed post-acute care facility in Baltimore, is accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF. We provide a full continuum of services that restore function, dignity, and vitality to patients recovering from serious illness or injury.
Our Staff Resource Pool is a highly skilled, flexible team of nursing professionals who support a variety of clinical units across Levindale. As a Float Pool RN, you’ll bring expertise, adaptability, and compassion wherever care is needed most—ensuring seamless support and exceptional patient outcomes.
Provide safe, age-appropriate, patient- and family-centered care across multiple departments
Perform and document comprehensive assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Educate patients and caregivers with empathy and clarity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Minimum 2 year of RN experience
Active Maryland RN license
BLS (AHA required)
Basic computer proficiency (Cerner, Microsoft Office, Synquest)
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
