The Opportunity: Float Pool RN

Our Staff Resource Pool is a highly skilled, flexible team of nursing professionals who support a variety of clinical units across Levindale. As a Float Pool RN, you’ll bring expertise, adaptability, and compassion wherever care is needed most—ensuring seamless support and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate, patient- and family-centered care across multiple departments

• Perform and document comprehensive assessments

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Educate patients and caregivers with empathy and clarity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Minimum 2 year of RN experience

• Active Maryland RN license

• BLS (AHA required)

• Basic computer proficiency (Cerner, Microsoft Office, Synquest)

• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
