Overview:
Join our dynamic and highly skilled Cath Lab team in Missoula, where procedural excellence meets compassionate care. We are seeking experienced and motivated RNs who thrive in fast-paced, procedure-driven environments and are eager to grow within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology procedures, and interventional radiology.
- Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current RN license in the state of Montana
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or Emergency Department experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Passion for procedural-based care and patient advocacy
Preferred:
- Previous Cath Lab or procedural nursing experience
- ACLS certification
