UNIT SUMMARY: 8 bed telemetry unit. Specializes in providing intermediate care for patients who have undergone open-heart surgery.

 

JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the patient care team, the RN, Registered Nurse at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college);
  • Requires knowledge of a specialized field.
  • Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Less than 1 year of experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Registered to practice in Maryland. 
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
