Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - Trauma experience required. - 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience - hard stop. - Strongly desire Level 3 NICU/PICU/Adult ICU experience, but must have level 3 NICU/PICU or adult with strong PICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Charge experience preferred; willing to train as charge. - Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I.
Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. - Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
Unit Details: - High-risk labor and delivery/antepartum setting with OB triage and third-trimester testing patients; average daily deliveries around 7 and often up to 14 patients with inductions and high-risk antepartum. OB triage averages 4-5 third-trimester testing patients plus daily triage volume. - Adult ICU, PICU, level 3 NICU, and floor therapy patient populations. - Adult and pediatric level 2 trauma care and adult open heart surgeries. - RT therapies include NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, and Flolan nebulizer. - Uses Draeger vents for adults, Servo-I for PICU and NICU, plus 3100A, 3100B, and Jet ventilators in NICU. - Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Parking Cost: Parking is free
Shift & Scheduling: - Most likely straight night shift; if needed to cover both nights and days, schedule flips every 4 weeks. - No call. - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - May float within scope to like units if needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
