Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Required Skills/Experience: - Vents, BiPAP, basic RT treatments, EKGs, and intubation assist.
Special Requests: - Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Previous Marshfield employment requires an end date at least 6 months before submission. - Okay with duos if timing aligns.
Unit Details: - Mainly adults, with minimal pediatrics and neonates (ER or newborn); travelers may be asked to cover high-risk deliveries at very low frequency. - Covers inpatient, ER, ICU, med-surg floors, and facility emergencies in the clinic. - Basic therapies, ABGs, EKGs, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilators, intubation weaning, extubation, and charge verification. - Assists with intubation and may insert King airways in emergency situations prior to provider arrival. - Equipment: vents—PB980, PB840, SurvoU, LTV1200, Hamilton; BiPAP/CPAP—V60, Home ResMed; high flow—Optiflow. - Hospitalist coverage 24/7, intensivist in house for the majority of the day, eICU support overnight.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every 3rd weekend, depending on call-ins and staffing. - 2/3 winter holidays required; every other holiday coverage otherwise. - Rare variable shifts may occur; traveler will be worked with prior to any switch.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
