Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1740 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: - Neonatal experience with Bubble CPAP and ventilator use is required.
Special Requests: - Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: - The department handles 10-30 treatments per day. - The patient population is mostly adults, with pediatric and neonatal patients also seen. - Coverage includes inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. - Respiratory therapists draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform EKGs. - Independent intubation is not required. - Equipment includes Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators; C1 Hamilton CPAP and BiPAP; AirVo and Vapotherm high-flow devices; and Fisher & Paykel Bubble CPAP. - A hospitalist is in-house.
Shift & Scheduling: - Self-scheduling is not available. - During night shifts, the clinician is the only therapist on shift, with a second therapist on call. - Weekend coverage is needed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. - On-call coverage is about 4 days per month, needed Saturday through Monday. - Call response time is 1 hour. - Holiday coverage is required. - Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if the first day consists of remote modules.
Floating Requirements: - There is no floating outside of RT; in an extreme need, floating may occur within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, and STM.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
