Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details: Evaluates and cares for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Assesses patients for the appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis. Implements and monitors patient care plans and equipment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition. Performs advanced respiratory care modalities. Evaluates respiratory practice, medication administration, and treatment based on patient outcomes. Educates patients and families about health conditions, community support groups, and other available programs. Responds to emergency resuscitation team codes.
