Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:
Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Special Requests: For all Eastern Region contracts, a personal car is required. Uber and rideshare services are unreliable due to the rural nature of many locations.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend: 6 weekend shifts per 13 week contract.
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
• On Call: Required
Floating Requirements: Will be floating between Eastern region hospitals (Long term care to Acute care) as needed. Location will be determined during scheduling period.
Maximum consecutive days off: 10
