Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend. Thanksgiving holiday, including the day before Thanksgiving.

Floating Requirements: Contracted hours are not assured: agency staff may be down-staffed if operational need is not present; alternatively, they may be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within Mount Carmel Health System to maintain contracted hours.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
