Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2160 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent critical care experience. Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required.

Unit Details: Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric ages. Work is primarily in critical care units, adult general care, and pediatric general care. May initiate or modify a patient’s plan of care under predetermined provider protocols, including initiating, refining, transitioning, discontinuing, or restarting therapy as the patient’s condition dictates. Although the facility is a Level 2 trauma center, the volume and pace required are that of a Level 1 trauma center.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating days of the week. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Call requirements will be discussed during interview.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. May provide respiratory care at a secondary care site consistent with the mission and obligations of Renown Health.
