Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2390 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Graduate of a NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program is required. - Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

Unit Details: - Provides advanced-level respiratory care to diagnose, evaluate, treat, manage, and control deficiencies and/or abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. - Performs and interprets diagnostic testing procedures, obtains arterial gases, troubleshoots respiratory equipment, initiates respiratory protocols and interventions, administers medications, and provides patient and family education. - Acts as a resource to CRT staff and may be responsible for special clinical projects or assignments.

Shift & Scheduling: - May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
