Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience with patients across the full lifespan (pediatric, adult, and geriatric). Experience with neonatal and pediatric patients is required. Critical care experience is required. Required technical skills include tracheostomies, nitrous oxide procedures, proning techniques, ECMO, ventilator-associated pneumonia or its prevention, spontaneous breathing trials, and ABG draws.
Unit Details: The patient population includes neonates through geriatric respiratory patients. Ventilators include PB840, 980, Servo-U, and Hamilton. CPAP/BiPAP equipment includes V60s, ResMed, and RemStar. Optiflow is used. Hamilton transport ventilators are used.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation is every other weekend. Holiday coverage is provided as needed. No call is required.
Floating Requirements: Floating is within the hospital.
Special Requests: Time-off requests must be sent to Tiffany Daniel for approval.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
