Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2410 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

VCU has a natural nail policy.

Required Skills/Experience: Can screen with 1 yr of strong NICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma experience is preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: No time off requests during the first week of the contract.

Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population. NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care. High-risk delivery attendance. External transports. Pediatric ED. Heliox, HFOV, and HFJV are used. Required equipment includes Servo I ventilators; Puritan Bennett ventilators are preferred.
