Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Avatar is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum one-year critical care experience preferred.
Unit Details: Provides respiratory care for acute and chronic cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Ventilator management including lung-protective strategies, weaning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Performs ABG draws and interpretation, sputum specimen collection, bedside spirometry, and capnography. Monitors respiratory status during in-hospital and interfacility transport and responds to codes and rapid responses. Assists with conscious sedation, intubations, and bronchoscopies in the bronch suite, OR, floors, ER, and ICU. Administers oxygen, Heliox, high-flow oxygen therapy, aerosolized and metered-dose medications, non-invasive ventilation, and airway clearance therapies including PEP and CPT. Provides tracheostomy and laryngectomy airway care, including suctioning and assistance with tracheostomy tube changes. Includes neonatal and pediatric respiratory care.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating nights. Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: May float between Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
