Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2480 per week.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: NICU experience required. Comfortable working in a critical care environment.

Required Credentials: Associate degree or certificate.

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Unit Details: Unit-specific skill set: emergency and critical care.

Shift & Scheduling: 12-hour PM/NOCs variable shifts. Shift start and end time options are 1430-2230, 1430-0300, or 1830-0700. Weekend rotation is every 3rd weekend, with holiday rotation. No call. Set weekly assignment hours are not assured during orientation week or when the unit is closed for holidays.

Floating Requirements: Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and other units as needed. The candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census. The employee should not be asked to work outside of their clinical skills unless approved by the employee, unit manager, and shift advisor.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
