Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2670 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of experience required. Adult critical care and pediatric experience required. Experience with pediatric trachs is required. Assist with external transports. Call out missing skills. First-time travelers are accepted if they have the required experience.

Unit Details: The role primarily involves working independently as an RRT at the Nashoba location. Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatric patients, and geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Day shift times vary by campus: University: 7-7:30; Nashoba, Marlborough, and Memorial: 6:45-7:15. Every other weekend/every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Will float among four campuses: Nashoba (490 Main Street, Groton, MA), Marlborough (157 Union St, Marlborough, MA), University (55 Lake Ave N, Worcester, MA), and Memorial (119 Belmont St, Worcester, MA). The primary shift is expected to be at Nashoba at least 2 shifts/week; may float to one of the 3 other campuses with advance notice. Nashoba and University/Memorial are approximately 45 minutes apart, with Marlborough between them.
