Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of recent critical care experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Three years’ technical experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. - Master’s degree preferred.
Unit Details: - Provides basic and critical respiratory care services for adult and geriatric patients. - Administers aerosol and oxygen therapy, draws arterial blood gases, provides ventilator care, performs pulmonary function tests and drainage procedures, and assists with bronchoscopies and special procedures. - Uses Omnicell. - Telehealth intensivist coverage.
Shift & Scheduling: - No call required. - Every other weekend coverage. - Usually blocked scheduling. - May need occasional help with night coverage, very rare. - No set days of the week; scheduled as needed.
Special Requests: - Prefer no RTO.
Floating Requirements: - May be required to float between Howard and Ukiah and to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Pediatric Advanced Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
