Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Additional Details:
CRT or RRT accepted.
Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.
Shift & Scheduling: - 4 x 12 or 3 x 12 acceptable. - 8 or 12 weeks - Weekends as needed.
Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - 1 reference must be from the most recent place of employment. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.
Floating Requirement: - May float as needed at CCF facilities
Required Credentials: - Government issued photo ID. Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment. - Smoke Free Facility - Must be nicotine free- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT (National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC))
