Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System.

Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: NICU experience required.
Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Current or previous employees may be considered only with an approved exception from St. Luke’s Health System. Can do block scheduling.
Unit Details: Adult, NICU, and pediatric patient population. Covers inpatient and ER settings, including ICU, stepdown, Med-Surg, a small pediatrics unit, and a level III NICU; no PICU.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling. Every other weekend. Holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements: First to float to ICU, floors, NICU, and ER.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RRT (National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC))
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
