Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - ECU Health (Vidant Health) and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - ECU Health (Vidant Health).

Additional Details:
Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48 hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Special Requests: No local clinicians; 80 mile radius, but candidates 50-80 miles may be screened.
Unit Details: Works with all age groups; newborn nursery.
Shift & Scheduling: Night shift may need some day shifts covered; all nights cannot be guaranteed. 1830-0700 or 0630-1900 with a 30 min lunch. Rotating weekends. No call.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
