Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.
Unit Details: Covers ER, inpatient, and some outpatient areas. Patient population spans all age ranges, 0-100. Duties include ABGs, EKGs, and all respiratory therapy duties. Uses Meditech. Equipment includes PB980, Hamilton C1, and V60 BiPAP. Hospitalist or intensivist in house 24/7. May be the only RT in-house.
Shift & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a, rotating days and nights. Every 3rd weekend. Holidays required. No call.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
