Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Pediatric and adult experience - Teaching Hospital Experience
Required Credentials: - COARC accredited School for Respiratory - Therapy required
Special Requests: - holidays
Shift & Scheduling: - 8/12 hr shfits, 1900-0730, 2300-0730, 1500-2330 - with every of weekend rotation - one on-call shift every 6-week scheduling period - Traveler has option of 13-26 week duration.

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
