Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of experience as an RRT in Adult Critical Care and NICU. - Airway Management Devices/Suctioning, Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Lidocaine, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Tobramycin, Xopenex, Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered dose inhaler, Nebulizer, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Trach collar, BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Assist in high risk delivery, Umbilical blood gases, Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, Servo U, Comfortable drawing and analyzing ABGs, Cerner (Skills Preferred: Bronchoscopy, Bicarbonate, Inhaled Flolan, Ketamine, Mucomyst, Nitric Oxide (INo), Theophylline)
Preferred Skills/Experience: - ED experience preferred. - Teaching Hospital Experience - Community Hospital Experience
Required Credentials: - For MD locations: You must have compact license or MD license.
Unit Details: - Patient populations include neonates, infants, adults, and geriatrics.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required; holiday coverage expected.
Floating Requirements: - Float between Adult and NICU units.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
