Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Credentials: - Graduate of an accredited approved program for respiratory care. - Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit Details: - Cares for patients of all ages.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - Will be required to work all departments/areas within the hospital, including ED, ICU, Med-Surg, Peds, OB, and family care areas.
Previous Employment Requirements: - Must note in submission if you have ever worked for Sanford Health. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date - Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT (National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC))
