Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: - COARC-accredited school for respiratory therapy required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Pediatric and adult experience preferred. - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient population. - Provides aerosolized medication, volume expansion, airway clearance techniques, tracheostomy care, and sputum inductions. - Works with non-invasive ventilation, high flow, and mechanical ventilation at IMC and ICU level.
Shift & Scheduling: - Evening/Night, 8/12 hr shifts, 1900-0730, 2300-0730, 1500-2330. - Some holidays. - Every other weekend rotation. - Call required: 1 call shift per 6 weeks of contract. - Shifts are scheduled based on highest unit needs; travelers may trade shifts with staff within the pay period as long as it does not violate the 64 hours in a rolling 7 day policy.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
