Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: ABG punctures, Airway and ventilator management, Inhaled medications- MDI and nebulizer, Code blue, EKGs- up a 10 a shift – required
Preferred Skills/Experience: Peds and NICU experience preferred but not required.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free, onsite
Special Requests: If traveler does not have NRP, will not float to NICU/Peds. Possibility of floating to those areas if comfortable and have NRP.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Rotation: every 3rd weekend
Holiday Expectations: 1 summer, 1 winter
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
