Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

Special Requests: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: Responsible for patient assessments, care plans, implementation, evaluation, and revision of therapy plans as needed. Performs diagnostic testing including ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, cardiac, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry. Transports patients within the hospital or between facilities.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Must be in state for the week of orientation, even if the first day of modules are remote. May require flexible hours before and after standard scheduled shifts, overtime, or in excess of 40 hours in a work week. On-call coverage outside of standard scheduled hours per department and/or facility policy.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
