Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Experience with Soarian is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - United Health Services.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Up to three (3) years of experience. - Critical care and NICU experience required.
Required Credentials: - Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy.
Unit Details: - Provides respiratory therapy services for inpatients and outpatients and must be able to participate in external patient transports. - Performs aerosol therapy, CPT/Flutter/PEP mask therapy, incentive spirometry, MDI therapy, suctioning, extubation, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, cough assist/vest therapy, high-flow cannula/humidifier therapy, pulmonary function screening, pulse oximetry, adult and pediatric EKGs, mechanical ventilation, arterial puncture, and blood gas analysis. - Uses V60 BiPAP and 980 Puritan Bennett ventilators. - Uses MAK and McKesson medication systems.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
