Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2-3 years experience if RRT, 3-5 years experience if CRT. If the are going to NICU need to know how to do NAVA (naturally adjusted ventilatory assist) on Cervo vents.
Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and Required to work if here during the holiday.
Floating Requirements: May float to Meridian Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center
Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
