Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - UNC Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Must be NICU capable with adult experience
Required Credentials: - Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. —CPFT. OR –Advanced practice certificate to administer moderate sedation in Bronchoscopy Lab.
Shift & Scheduling: - could be day or night shift -Weekends Required: Could be EVERY or EOW - Holidays Required : As needed based on staffing levels

2 references required from within the last 2 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
