Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• AS completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Sharp Healthcare 2026 and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Sharp Healthcare 2026.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Three year recent acute care experience in Respiratory Care. - Level III NICU- minimum 2 years experience in level III.

Required Credentials: - Clinicians must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a California Registered Nurse (RN) license from the CA Board of Registered Nursing.

Preferred Credentials: - A.S Degree preferred. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.

Special Requests: - If worked at Sharp for 0-6 months must wait at least 6 months before returning. - If worked at Sharp for 6-12 months must wait at least 12 months before returning. - Former San Diego (including Temecula) residents must have permanent residence established outside of SD county (including Temecula) for a minimum of 1 year. - Must not be working in SD for 1 year in order to apply as a traveler.
