As a RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator and/or Charge Registered Nurse (RN) at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, you’ll have all the staffing support, technology and resources you need to deliver safe, high-quality care—so you can focus on what you do best.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)/Charge Registered Nurse ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions on the 5 Central Medical Surgical Neuro Stroke Unit during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:
This is a Full Time, Night Shift position. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
