Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 18 months of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Oregon Health & Science University and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Oregon Health & Science University.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: - PICU or NICU experience required. - EEGs. - Micro-premie and pre/post cardiac surgery experience. - Hamilton G5, Hamilton C-1, and 3100-A ventilator experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - VDR experience preferred.
Unit Details: - Inpatient acute hospital respiratory therapy department providing full-spectrum respiratory care services across NICU, PICU, emergency department, and pediatric and adult acute/intermediate care wards. - Neonate, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population. - Provides bedside respiratory care modalities including airway management, therapeutic gases, ventilator management, newborn resuscitation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, arterial blood sampling, bedside spirometry, spontaneous ventilatory parameters, and point-of-care testing. - Works across PICU, NICU, and peds floor settings. - PICU includes medical patients, pre- and post-op cardiac patients, ECMO patients, and INO delivery. - NICU includes micro preemies, pre-op cardiac patients, and 3100-A/INO delivery. - Familiarity with cystic fibrosis patients.
Shift & Scheduling: - No call.
Floating Requirements: - Primary role is pediatrics; expected to float to adult acute care and work peds floor when needed.
