Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1920 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with Life Pak, Zoll, and Masimo required.

Unit Details:
Equipment includes Life Paks, Zoll, and Masimo.
Patient population includes generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to elderly adults.
Common diagnoses/treatments include chest pain, A-fib, CHF, pre- and post-care for cardiac catheterizations (groin and radial), and VATS.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:
May occasionally be required to float to IMCU, NPCU, and/or Surgical.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
