Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips. Prior travel experience not required.
Unit Details: ED hold patients awaiting inpatient placement, primarily MS/Tele. More telemetry patients than medical patients. RNs titrate drips including Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone. No monitor tech in the ED. May be asked to assist ED patients with vitals, IV starts, and medication administration, but will not be the primary RN for ED patient assignments.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling available, though this may change from time to time. 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule. Holiday rotation with permanent staff. No call required.
Floating Requirements: First to float. May float to med/surg, tele, and overflow units, and between CRMC and MGMC EDs as needed.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
