Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry experience. Must have some experience with TR Bands straight from procedure, some experience with cardiac drips (Olathe mainly does heparin; some Butamax, Lasix and Cardizem), and some experience with the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2-5 years of TEL experience preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holiday requirement is based on unit needs: travelers must work one holiday from each group—Thanksgiving Day or Black Friday; Christmas Eve or Christmas Day; New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. Managers have been flexible as long as the RN can work 2 of the 3 major holidays. No call. Following the first week of unit orientation, orientation will be on day shifts.

Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
