Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg telemetry experience required.

Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year.

Unit Details: ER observation for Med/Surg telemetry boarding patients waiting for a room in the hospital. RNs monitor their own telemetry. Uses oxygen and SVN. Lab draw.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holiday requirement: none. Standby required.

Floating Requirements: First to float. Primary to St. Joseph Medical Center, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Two: St. Clare Hospital – Lakewood, WA; St. Elizabeth Hospital – Enumclaw, WA; St. Joseph Medical Center – Tacoma, WA. Floating to similar floors.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
