Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2350 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 4 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

1 holiday off may be approved, but the traveler must be willing to work the other holiday.

Unit Details:
The unit includes dialysis beds.
Omnicell is used as the medication system.
IV team support is available on day shift.
No lift team is available.
Pharmacy and phlebotomy are available 24/7.
Patient transportation is available from 7am-10:30pm.
A unit secretary is available.
Intensivist and hospitalist coverage is available 24/7.
Telemetry monitors are used.
Special procedures include cardioversion, ECHO, and cath lab procedure recovery.

Shift & Scheduling:
No call.
Weekends are staffed the same as weekdays, and full-time staff are required to work half of the weekend shifts.

Floating Requirements:
You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
Staff may be floated to accommodate low staffing on other inpatient units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required
