Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2390 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must disclose previous Sanford Health employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Must take a full 6 months off from Sanford Health; this also applies to any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Unit Details: Typical ratios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.

Floating Requirements: May float to like MS and telemetry units within the facility.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
