Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of PCU, Med/Surg, and Tele experience required. Must be comfortable with Med/Surg, Tele, and PCU. Experience in the medical/surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.
Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission. Must complete the Basic Dysrhythmia Test to apply.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Rural/small facility experience preferred.
Special Requests: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Any/all RTO and scheduling requests must be included in the profile at time of submission. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after time of offer. Requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer. 5 days or less of RTO will be approved for a 13-week assignment.
Unit Details: Very small rural facility. Patient population: newborn to geriatric. RN/patient ratio: 5:1 depending on acuity; higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1 for both day and night shifts. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as needed. No call.
5 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
