Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Nurses Only (w/ compact license) - must complete a one-time 6-hour suicide prevention training during onboarding according to the WA state regulations.
Types of Patients on Unit: Neuro/Tele - mostly Stroke & Seizure Patients
Wide range, consisting of post-ictal seizure patients, new strokes with q2 hour neuro checks, s/p TPA/TNK, s/p craniectomies/burrholes, elective VEEG patients where seizure are induced on the unit, amiodarone/diltiazem drips, s/p cardiac caths, s/p PM/ICD placement, s/p ablations, IVIG, plasmaphoresis. Overflow MedSurg patients, as needed.

Call: As Needed
Holidays: Required in rotation.
Weekends: Required in rotation.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
