Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Capital Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Cardiac telemetry knowledge - Knowledge/skill set for cardiac medical, procedural patients (caths), and cardiac drips

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Strong medical-surgical knowledge/background with telemetry

Unit Details: - Med-Surg Cardiac Medical Unit - Telemetry monitoring with some rooms hard-wired; vein finder for IV therapy, portable pulse oximetry, continuous oximetry, manual/automatic vital sign machine capabilities, blood glucose, mechanical lifts, and dopplers - Allscripts, medication scanning capabilities, soft-lab - Cardiac medical patient population including hemodynamically stable MI, acute/chronic heart failure, new onset A-fib with or without RVR, stable dysrhythmias, cardiac cath patients without interventions, ablations, cardioversions, ICDs, pacers, medication loads, CardioMEMS, pericardial drains, and patients requiring cardiac drips including Amio, diltiazem, renal-dose dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, Lasix up to 40 mg, and insulin drips; additional populations include ICU transfers, neuro patients (CVA), and pulmonary patients requiring BiPAP, high-flow, and Salter - Typical procedures include cardiac caths (left/right, femoral/radial approach) without intervention, pacers, ablations, cardioversions, EP studies, and cardiac drips including Amio, diltiazem, renal-dose dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, Lasix, and insulin drips

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend
