Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 6 months.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job.
Required Skills/Experience: - Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months. - Must be able to interpret EKGs.
Required Credentials: - Must pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam through Relias within 48 hours of receiving the offer; 2 attempts max. - Must pass a day 1 orientation exam with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first-day instructions.
Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details: - D4 Neuro Tele unit. - Centralized telemetry. - Common patient population includes neuro post-surgical, post craniotomy, spine, and CVA patients post TPA. - No vents, no IV team, and no ICP monitoring.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - First to float; could float to a sister facility.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
