Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Kentucky and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Kentucky.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - Must have Med/Surg experience.
Special Requests: - If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. - You must fulfill the full 13 week contract.
Floating Requirements: - Will work 5 Main, with also the possibility to work other areas within UKHC and Good Sam.
Required Credentials: - EKG exam required. - Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, Med/Surg Tele Competency exam, Med/Surg Tele skills, CORE exams.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
