Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - University of Kansas.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years recent Telemetry experience (within last 18 months) in a hospital setting - Background in General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, and Orthopedics, Familiar with cellulitis, back pain, and kidney stones, Must be skilled with Heparin drips, TPN, PCA, and telemetry rhythm interpretation
Unit/Facility Details: - The patients aren’t higher acuity, they just require more physical assistance than my other med/surg floor. Example: nearly everyone is a 2 assist to the bathroom, etc.
Shift & Scheduling: - Start Date: 6/8 - Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend Required - On-Call Requirements: None - Holiday Requirements: Based off unit needs
Floating Requirements: - Will float to all acute care units
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
