Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Chronic Vent exp. Use of EKG. Skills: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Work Settings Telemetry.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem.
Required Credentials: RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation - required to pass EKG strip test at orientation. Cert: ACLS, BLS - Facility will only accept: AHA provider and AHA RQI. Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: MI, arrhythmia, CVA, syncope, DKA, CHF, post pacemaker, stent, EP study, COVID, ESRD, PE.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics.
Equipment Used on Unit: Tele, IV pump.
