Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.
• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Capital Division.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Knowledge/skill set for cardiac medical, procedural patients (caths), and cardiac drips.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Strong medical-surgical knowledge/background with telemetry.
Unit Details: - Patient ratios: Days/eves RNs (1-4); nights (1-5). - Telemetry monitoring with some rooms hard-wired; vein finder for IV therapy, portable pulse oximetry, continuous oximetry, manual/automatic vital sign machine capabilities, blood glucose, mechanical lifts, and dopplers. - Uses medication scanning capabilities and SoftLab. - Cardiac medical patient population includes hemodynamically stable MI, acute/chronic HF, new onset Afib with or without RVR, stable dysrhythmias, medication loads, CardioMEMs, pericardial drains, ICU transfers, neuro patients (CVA), and pulmonary patients requiring Bipap, Hi-flow, and Salter. - Typical procedures include cardiac caths (left/right, femoral/radial approach) without intervention, pacers, ablations, cardioversions, EP studies, and cardiac drips including Amio, diltiazem, renal dose dopa, dobutamine, milirone, Lasix, and insulin drips.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - Floating within alike areas.
