Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
Shift & Scheduling: Shift (7a - 7:30p) with every other weekend required; No call requirement; Holiday Coverage Required
Floating Requirements: RN will work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit, but will also occasionally float between various Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.)
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
